  1. Heat the oven to 200 C. Pat the chickpeas thoroughly dry on a tea towel.
  2. Toss the chickpeas with the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin and salt.
  3. Spread on a baking tray and roast 25-30 minutes, shaking once, until crisp.
  4. Cool a few minutes so they crisp up further, then eat as a crunchy snack.
