  1. Heat the oven to 200 C. Brown the beef mince in the garlic-infused oil, then stir in the crushed tomatoes and marjoram and season.
  2. Parboil the potato slices for 5 minutes and drain.
  3. Layer the potato, courgette and meat sauce in a small dish, top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden and bubbling.
