  1. Cook the brown rice according to the packet and keep warm.
  2. Fry the tempeh cubes in the sesame oil until golden, then add the broccoli and edamame and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk the peanut butter, tamari and water into a sauce and toss everything together.
  4. Serve over the brown rice while hot.
