  1. Cook the rice according to the packet and keep warm.
  2. Steam or boil the broccoli florets for 4-5 minutes until just tender, then drain.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the tempeh cubes over medium-high heat until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the tamari, toss to glaze the tempeh, then serve over the rice with the broccoli and a scatter of spring onion greens.
