- Heat the oven to 200 C and pat the cooked soybeans thoroughly dry.
- Toss the soybeans with the olive oil, smoked paprika and salt and spread on a baking tray.
- Roast 25-30 minutes, shaking once, until crisp.
- Toss the hot soybeans with the nutritional yeast so it clings, then cool slightly and eat.
