  1. Heat the oven to 200 C and cook the quinoa for about 13 minutes.
  2. Toss the broccoli and pepper with the olive oil on a tray and roast 12 minutes.
  3. Add the salmon fillet and roast another 12-14 minutes until it flakes.
  4. Serve the salmon and vegetables over the warm quinoa.
