  1. Heat the oven to 200 C. Layer the sliced potato in a dish, pour over the cooking cream, season with thyme and salt and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Scatter the grated cheese over the potatoes and bake for five more minutes until golden.
  3. Meanwhile sear the pork tenderloin in the olive oil on all sides, then roast it alongside the potatoes until cooked through.
  4. Slice the pork and serve with the cheesy potatoes and steamed broccoli.
