- Heat the oven to 200 C. Layer the sliced potato in a dish, pour over the cooking cream, season with thyme and salt and bake for 25 minutes.
- Scatter the grated cheese over the potatoes and bake for five more minutes until golden.
- Meanwhile sear the pork tenderloin in the olive oil on all sides, then roast it alongside the potatoes until cooked through.
- Slice the pork and serve with the cheesy potatoes and steamed broccoli.
