- Heat the oven to 200 C. Toss the tofu cubes, broccoli and pepper with the garlic-infused oil and chilli flakes.
- Spread on a tray and roast 20 minutes, turning once.
- Drizzle over the tamari and roast another 3-4 minutes to glaze.
- Serve hot.
