  1. Heat the oven to 225 C. Toss the potato wedges and onion with the melted butter, salt and pepper and spread them on a baking tray.
  2. Roast the potatoes for about 15 minutes while the oven crisps them up.
  3. Make a few shallow cuts in the sausage, place it on the tray with the potatoes and return to the oven.
  4. Bake for a further 15 minutes until the sausage is browned and the potatoes are golden.
  5. Serve hot, traditionally with mustard on the side.
