  1. Heat the oven to 180 C. Toss the pumpkin and sunflower seeds with olive oil, smoked paprika and salt.
  2. Spread on a lined tray and roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring once, until fragrant and lightly toasted.
  3. Let the seeds cool so they crisp up, then store in a jar or eat as a snack.
