  1. Heat the oven to 200 C. Rub the salmon with a little of the oil and bake for 12-14 minutes until just cooked.
  2. Cook the buckwheat in plenty of water for about 12 minutes until tender, then drain.
  3. Steam the broccoli and carrot for 4-5 minutes until just tender, then toss with the spinach in the rest of the garlic-infused oil.
  4. Pile the buckwheat and vegetables into a bowl, set the salmon on top and scatter over the spring onion greens.
