  1. Boil the potato wedges in salted water for 12-14 minutes until tender, then drain.
  2. Steam the green beans for 4-5 minutes until just tender.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, then turn and cook 3 minutes more.
  4. Toss the potatoes and beans with lemon juice and dill, season, and plate with the salmon.
