- Boil the penne in salted water until al dente, then drain, reserving a little of the cooking water.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and soften the leek and garlic for a couple of minutes without browning.
- Add the salmon cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the cooking cream and add the peas. Simmer gently for 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the drained pasta, the parmesan, dill and lemon juice. Loosen with a little pasta water if needed and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve straight away while creamy and hot.
