- Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk for a few minutes. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender and keep warm.
- Mix the mince with the soaked breadcrumbs, egg, onion, diced beetroot, capers, salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into flat patties.
- Fry the patties in the butter over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Serve the patties with the boiled potatoes and the pan juices.
