Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pot and brown the chicken pieces lightly.
  2. Add the carrot and leek and soften for a couple of minutes, then pour in the hot chicken stock.
  3. Add the diced potato and simmer for about 15 minutes until the potato and chicken are tender.
  4. Stir in the cooking cream and peas and heat through for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and white pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve hot.
