  2. Toss the pressed tofu fingers with the rice flour, smoked paprika and garlic-infused oil until evenly coated.
  3. Spread out on the tray and bake 22-25 minutes, turning once, until crisp and golden.
  4. Cool slightly and eat as a crunchy high-protein snack.
