Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 200 C. Toss the potato chunks with the olive oil and the salt on a baking tray and roast for 10 minutes.
  2. Push the potatoes aside, lay the salmon fillet on the tray, season with black pepper and squeeze over the lemon juice.
  3. Return to the oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the potatoes are golden.
  4. Scatter the chopped dill over the salmon and serve.
